Conditions in Chennai and impact on body and mind

For the past two months, I stayed in Chennai for vacation. The weather was hot (max temp around 36 deg C but feels like 46 deg C). Following points were observed.

1. If I take any multivitamin tablets, the body heat increases and leads to more sweating and increased discomfort.

2. If I stop taking any multivitamin, then there was not much of discomfort due to sweating.

3. Replacing tea with coffee (coffee 70% + Chicory 30%) almost make the symptoms of GERD disappear.

4. Taking Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 25 mg - 50 mg/day also help in reducing the GERD symptoms.

5. Taking Pyridoxine hydrochloride 2 mg - 4 mg/day also help in reducing the GERD symptoms.

6. Increased muscle pain of hands and legs happened due to laptop usage and walking. (probably due to consumption of low TDS (~ 50) RO water). A supplement containing calcium+magnesium+zinc should be tried to see whether the supplementation counteracts this or not.

7. The muscle pains fade away with consumption of Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 25 mg - 50 mg/day and methylfolate 1 mg/day. The effect is stronger with methylfolate even when taken alone.

8. Applied Fair & lovely cream daily for two months. After one month itself, the skin becomes more hydrated and was easy to shave without any cuts.
