Effect of centrum energy

I have consumed centrum energy multivitamin for past 1 month. This is a general multivitamin with ginseng extract 50 mg and ginkgo biloba 60 mg.





Positive effects:

1. No depressed and anxiety feelings

2. Slightly increased focus and concentration to engage in works


Negative effects:

1. Decreased libido

2. No deep focus and concentration enough to understand new concepts

3. Slightly increased hand pain
