I took butter and bread last night. Actually I had 2 butter cubes and 4 slices of sandwich bread (refined wheat). I had consumed little bit of peanut butter also. Then, I had omega-3 capsules (2 capsules of Mega 3). After waking up in the morning, I observed the following things.
1. Good mood
2. Less irritability
3. Less body heat
4. Increased bass frequency of voice
5. Significantly less sweating and increased perception of cool breeze
6. Slightly increased focus and concentration in the morning and afternoon
Update on 24 April 2016
I have observed similar effects today also. I consumed butter with bread last night along with zinc amino chelate 15 mg (1 tablet). It appears that butter may have dopamine suppressing effect probably due to its vitamin E content. Vitamin E was reported to have dopamine antagonism effect.
